forms will need to be filled out at time of check in! 4
person paddle boat is limited to one hour
per 2 day stay. We are not responsible for unused
portion of packages!
Our units are in one main building: Elvis, King’s Landing, Evergreen and Riverside are down on the River,
Happy Days and the Lodge Unit have front lawns that lead to our parking lot. All come with a view of the
Sauble River and a short walking distance to the sandy beach of Sauble on Lake Huron.
Market at the corner, along with a pay telephone. Restaurants in the area.
Nicely treed area of the town Sauble Beach.

We supply towels for your room, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, bedding and linen.
All units have unlimited use of non-motorized water toys in season — as in
all cases some restrictions may apply!
*Note: Kitchen cupboards are empty! If you would like dishes, pots and pans supplied add $25 per stay. |
Reservation Deposits:
50% deposit of your total stay is required at time of booking.
The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
When notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days of arrival the
initial deposits will be forfeited. A gift certificate in the amount will be issued.
The total stay will be forfeited if notification of cancellation is received less than 14 days.
Early Departure:
No refund, unless we can re-book your accommodations, in which
case gift certificate issued for the difference on the booking.
Taxes:
5% GST and 5% PST will be applied to all room rates and packages.
